All your details are kept strictly confidential. We will not send you emails without your consent. By placing an order, you declare that you are the person named on the credit card or have been given permission to use it. Cancellations
Should you give us sufficient prior notice of the cancellation of an order, we will credit your account fully, less a $20 administration fee. Unfortunately no refund can be made after the order has been dispatched. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation. Once an order has been placed we may not be able to make alterations to the order details. Please ensure all details and messages are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Security
We use PayPal as our solutions partners. All sensitive material is transmitted by secure socket link (SSL). This ensures that your credit card details are never seen by us. Your card number is encrypted and sent directly to the bank which must approve your purchase and send us an authority to charge your credit card.
Processing Time
Processing time is the period we verify your order and package your product for shipment. Assuming your product is available, this usually occurs within 24 hours. Payment verification may occasionally increase processing time, especially if shipping to a location different than your billing address.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on the following holidays:

Deliveries
In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. Any non-delivery or problems relating to the goods delivered must be advised within 7 days. Neither GlowStop.com nor the shipping courier is responsible for weather related delays. Contact the shipping courier if the package is damaged or the contents are damaged, missing or stolen.
We undertake to deliver your order to the address you have given us. We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if our courier cannot gain access to the address given or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. GlowStop.com cannot issue credit for International packages which are refused or abandoned.
You will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges. GlowStop.com strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. GlowStop.com cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. GlowStop.com will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
